Our Strength

EMC's success and reputation is directly attributed to the quality of our staff that forms the backbone in the company's day-to-day operations. Our knowledgeable & experienced employees have worked together as a team to empower EMC to achieve a standard of excellence. Many of EMC's staff, both management and engineering personnel have a long history with the company, some dating back to its inception. Several employees began ttheir career through electrical apprenticeships with the company and now hold Supervisory positions. Our staff, including technicians, estimators, office staff, project managers, purchasers are complimented with a well defined management approach to enhance client's business.

EMC is certified to ISO 9001:2008, 14001:2004 and 18001:2007 standards. Customers often ask why these certifications are important enough to be made part of bid specification, our answer to these questions are that meeting these standards assures customers that all vendor company activities – design, manufacturing, production, purchasing, quality control, packaging, handling, storage, shipping, and customer service – are appropriately managed and controlled.

At EMC we believe that there is always room for improvement. Hence, we strive to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customers, conducting surveys and continually implementing these feedbacks into our business model. Each project undertaken by EMC is under constant control of a dedicated quality assurance department that monitors project activities and results at each development phase.

We maintain an environmental management system throughout all our sites that addresses the use of energy, raw materials, water and waste and seeks to prevent and limit environmental accidents. Headed by our Administration and Operations Manager, this Committee ensures a constant process of safety assessment and improvement, and oversees the implementation of new procedures and policies. A comprehensive internal audit program is kept to maintain a check on the effectiveness of our quality and environmental efforts.

    Mahesh Kumar Ahluwalia has been a true asset to the company backed with 40 years of vast experience in the Electrical industry, he has played a pivotal role in managing numerous projects of varied magnitude and delivering them on time to 100% client satisfaction. Mahesh works closely with his team of project managers, engineers and technicians to ensure quality, reliability and punctuality.

  • Sachin Ahluwalia Managing Director& Founder of EMC

    Sachin Ahluwalia, Managing Director and Founder of EMC has laid the foundation for growth and has always insisted at looking things in a larger perspective of Evolution which happens over a larger span of time.He also heads the Finance department and his responsibility includes performing detailed cost estimation of new/ongoing commercial electrical projects.Apart from the above he also oversees the entire organization as a whole to ensure there is a smooth and coherent coordination between all internal departments.

  • Bhawneet Kumar Director-Construction & Contracts

    Bhawneet Ahluwalia heads the Construction and contracts works from our head office in Dubai, UAE. He ensures clear and consistent administrative systems, policies and procedures are in place at EMC. He also monitors transactions through the effective use of the review and approval process to ensure propriety with local regulations monitors, compliance with all internal and donor financial and administrative requirements. Apart from the above he also oversees security, travel and transportation, IT and communication, and general procurement of the organization.

  • Nagraj Garudacher Acharya Technical Director (retired since January 2015)

    N.G Acharyaforms the backbone of EMC bringing over 40 years of experience in electrical engineering design, development and maintenance of electrical systems to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality and sustainability. He heads the design, testing & commissioning department and has always focused on empowering the young generation of Engineers to ask questions, make recommendations and continuously change things for better.
