Earth work excavation and compaction including supply of water for 400KV cable trenching work at site.

Installation of Bed Concrete i.e., lean mix concrete before the through placement at work site.

Installation of reinforced Pre-cast concrete trough & covers including off loading of 400kV cable trough and covers at site.

Installation of 400kV Power Cable, FO Cable & DTS Cable inside trough and inside conduit pipe ducts for road crossing and other service line crossing as per tender specification including pipe cleaning and trial pulling, if necessary.

Installation of PVC & HDPE pipe (100mm & 26mm dia) for FO cable inside the Concrete trough.

Installation of Cement Bounded Sand Material at work site before and after the cable laying.

Backfilling of the excavated sections with suitable reinstatement materials approved by Client / Consultant / Contractor with prop-er quality control and necessary inspection by the contractor in accordance with the Clint / Consultant / Contractor’s require-ment .

Installation of Concrete, reinforcement steel, concrete protection, cable supports, plywood and other material necessary for joint day.

Construction of joining box pit and cable supports for joint day.

Any service crossing and road crossing works by open cut method.

Provision for necessary entry and exit pits for NDRC work.

Installation of Link Box pit, FO cable pit, PD chamber pit & removable heavy duty manhole GRP cover & Frames for the mentioned items.

Trenching work from joint bay to link box pit.

Installation of earthing rod and earthing cable as per the tender specification (Co-axial bounding cable, glands, etc.,)

Installation of warning tape, Concrete Tiles, cable route markers and joint bay markers as per specification.

Removal & reinstatement of interlocking tiles.

Removal & reinstatement of Asphalt Area.
